Simply let this automation do the heavy lifting. It efficiently extracts all the negative feedback and sends it to OpenAI for a quick summary. No more reading lengthy rants or combing through tedious details. The automation condenses it all into concise, informative bullet points.
But that's not all! It then neatly organizes everything in a Google Doc for your convenience. No more scattered information or endless scrolling.

Let’s set it up!
First, click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to save this automation. You will be redirected to install the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Google Docs.
Activate Bardeen (or hit Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on PC on your keyboard) and click on the playbook card. The setup flow will start. Bardeen will ask you for the maximum number of reviews that you would like to extract and summarize. It will also prompt you to specify the Google Doc that will contain the summary. You can choose an existing Google Doc or create one from scratch.
Click on “Save Input” and checkmark Google Docs and the maximum number of reviews. You can edit Inputs later by hovering over the playbook.
When you want to save and summarize G2.com product reviews to your Google Doc, navigate to the G2.com product reviews page.
Press Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on PC on your keyboard to launch Bardeen. Click on the playbook card and run the playbook. It will extract the number of reviews that you specified, and use OpenAI to create a detailed summary of the product reviews. It will then save the summary of the G2.com product reviews to the Google Doc that you specified in Step #1.
You can also edit the playbook and add your next action to further customize the automation.
