Let’s set it up!

Step 1: Pin the playbook and integrate Google Sheets to store the list of products

First, click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to save this automation. You will be redirected to install the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Google Sheets.

Activate Bardeen (or hit Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on PC on your keyboard) and click on the playbook card. The setup flow will start. Bardeen will prompt you to specify a Google Sheets spreadsheet and the maximum number of products you would like to save.

Click on “Save Input” and checkmark Google Sheets and the maximum number of products. This will save you time from input in the future. You can edit Inputs later by hovering over the playbook.

Step 2: Run the playbook to save a list of products from G2 to Google Sheets

When you want to save a list of products from the G2.com search page to Google Sheets, navigate to the search results page on G2.com.

Press Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on PC on your keyboard to launch Bardeen. Click on the playbook card and run the playbook. It will get all of the products and save information like product name, product rating, full review page and product image to the Google Sheets spreadsheet you specified in Step #1.
