Automatically create and open a new Notion page before the upcoming meeting

This playbook will help you eliminate friction and make it easier to take meeting notes.

A new Notion page will be created and opened just before your upcoming meeting. Bardeen will also join the calendar meeting link. All that in literally ZERO clicks. 

Here is what this playbook does: 

1. Create a new Notion page from your upcoming meeting
2. Open the Notion page
3. Join the meeting using the link in the calendar invitation

Step 1: Create a new database for meeting notes

Notion requires precise column name matching. 

You will need to set your column names to (case sensitive): 

• summary
• description
• startDate
• location

Or you can simply duplicate this Notion database.

Once done, you will need to share the database with your API bot and Bardeen. 

Step 2: Write the command

Write the following command: 

When next meeting is in [time], then [playbook: “Create and open Notion page and join meeting] to database [database]
