Let’s set it up!
First, click the “Pin it” button at the top of this page to save this automation. You will be redirected to install the browser extension when you run it for the first time. Bardeen will also prompt you to integrate Google Docs to generate your report.
Activate Bardeen (or hit Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on PC on your keyboard) and click on the playbook card. The setup flow will start. Bardeen will ask you to enter the G2.com reviews page that you want to extract user comments from and the maximum number of reviews you would like to extract.
Bardeen will also ask you to enter the name of the Google Doc that will contain your report.
Click on “Remember Inputs” and checkmark the Google Doc title, max number of reviews and the link. This will save you time from setup in the future. You can edit Inputs later by hovering over the playbook.
Press Option + B on Mac or ALT + B on PC on your keyboard to launch Bardeen. Click on the playbook card and run the playbook to generate a market improvements and sentiment report based on the user review. It will analyze all the reviews and create a detailed report based on user requests, what they like and what they don’t like.
BardeenAI will even generate actionable insights for different teams, based on the comments and reviews.
You can also edit the playbook and add your next action to further customize the automation.
