Connect your web apps

When you install one of our pre-built playbooks for the first time, you will be automatically redirected to an authentication page to connect the apps in that playbook.

Otherwise, there are two ways to connect web apps:
- Type “Activate [Google Calendar]” in the input bar.
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations Catalog

You can always uninstall your apps in the My Integrations tab on the Settings page.

Note that commands for the apps that are not installed will not appear in the input bar!

Make playbooks run automatically

Set up a trigger event to run playbooks automatically. Write “WHEN” in the input field to configure your trigger event. Write “THEN” and pick a playbook that you’d like to trigger.

🚀
Your Turn

- When next meeting is in [3 min], then Join next meeting
- When next meeting is in [1h], then send a reminder for [returned event]

Commands

Playbooks consist of several individual actions that we call “commands.”

DO performs an action such as “creating event.”
GET pulls up information from your web apps.
WHEN is a trigger-event.

🚀
Your Turn

- Write “Get next event”
- Write “Do send SMS to [number] with message [text]”

💡 Integrate your web apps by typing “Activate [App]” for the respective commands to show up.

To explore all commands, go to Settings → Commands.

Creating your custom playbook

Navigate to the Compose tab to see the commands that you’ve run. You can execute new commands to run as a part of your playbook. Hit “New Playbook.”

Select “parametrize” if you want to define a variable every time you run a playbook; otherwise, your inputs will run as a constant.

🚀
