Make playbooks run automatically
You can make playbooks run in the background automatically by using the WHEN command.

Write “WHEN” to configure your trigger event. “THEN” pick a playbook to be triggered.
Example: Automatically join meetings 1 minute before scheduled time.
It's your turn:
• Go to the Automations tab.
• Type "When next" and select "When next meeting is in" from the dropdown list.
• Type "1 minute" and press ENTER to confirm.
• Select "Then" from the dropdown list.
• Type a Playbook name, in our case "Join next meeting" and press ENTER.
